Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Click Theory website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Click Theory provides digital agency services including website design, mobile app development, hosting, domain registration, and digital consulting. Specific terms for each service will be outlined in individual service agreements.
Payment Terms
Project fees are payable as agreed in your service contract. Typically, a 50% deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion. Hosting and maintenance fees are billed monthly or annually in advance.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for completed projects transfer to the client. Click Theory retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Hosting and subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
Limitation of Liability
Click Theory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding fees become immediately due upon termination.
